2012 Budget and Financials Just Posted to website - owners must log in to access

Annual Homeowners' Fees for 2012 due by February 15th

ONLY FOR THOSE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE NOT YET PAID THEIR 2012 DUES:  Please remember that 2012 dues are due no later than February 15, 2011.  There will be NO increase in dues this year.  Annual fees are as follow:

• Lake lot owners  -  $325.00
• All others  -  $255.00

Checks should be made payable to "APPOA" and delivered to Frank Neill, APPOA Treasurer @ 2634 March Creek Drive, or mailed to APPOA, P.O. Box 80219, Charleston, SC  29416.
